The back line of the Ogilvy saddle pads is the result of months of tests and corrections, until we finally got our famous Top Line design. More than just “designed to clear out the withers”, it has been designed with the objective to sit the pad at the base of the withers, and stabilize it in a very precise gravity center (the bottom of the V shape), not allowing any more pad movement towards the bottom or the back. This seat guarantees you an awesome longitudinal and lateral stability.

The gap at the withers and the angle of the pad toward the back (the V) prevent the rubbing.
